OPEN Survey offers a detailed understanding of how employees evaluate diversity and inclusion at organisations, and benchmarks companies’ DEI efforts against the national average. We believe that the Open Survey is to best way to get a picture of how employees see your organization from the inside, as it is based on a fully anonymous questionnaire.
We developed and run this survey together with Gemius to ensure a professional infrastructure. We also reward employers scoring best on the Survey with the Open Survey Award.
