Transvisible is a project for methodological innovation in career counseling to help strengthen the economic empowerment of transgender people. As part of this project, the “TransVisible – How to operate a trans-inclusive workplace in Hungary?” report was released by our longtime partner, Háttér Society. The report includes tips and proposals for employers to address regulatory gaps at the workplace since the Hungarian government ended the legal recognition of transgender people in Hungary. This report aims to be a guide for employers and HR professionals to help support transgender employees at the workplace in Hungary.
